Max Ehrmann wrote this in 1927. It's simple words and deep meaning has been the cornerstone of many "lives well lead" hopefully mine as well. The Desiderata Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. A Caged Bird Won’t Sing
On January 21st, 2009m 48-year-old Susan Boyle's life changed forever on the stage of "Britain’s Got Talent". As soon as she stepped on the stage, the audience began to snicker at her, not believing she would possess the voice of an angel. Boyle grew up the youngest of eight to Irish immigrants. When Boyle was born, she was deprived of oxygen and suffered mild brain damage. The trauma led to learning disabilities for Boyle.
